We are closely monitoring the ongoing Canada Post strike and its potential impact on in-person ID verification services.

Applicants who require in-person ID verification from Canada Post will typically be directed to three nearby locations. One of these locations is usually a Shoppers Drug Mart (Canada Post Outlet). Given the current circumstances, we strongly recommend that applicants in need of ID verification services during the strike visit a Shoppers Drug Mart location, as these locations are not likely to be affected by the disruption.
